Like all other medicine, Paracetamol can cause several side effects, although not everybody gets them.

  1. Liver damage, (If taken at higher than recommended doses)
  2. Kidney damage, (If taken at higher than recommended doses)
  3. Skin rashes,
  4. Increased heartbeat,
  5. Low platelets, and Low white blood cells. 
  6. Dark urine,
  7. Clay-coloured stool,
  8. Allergic skin reactions like peeling and blistering of the skin,
  9. Blood disorders,
  10. Nausea and Vomiting.
